Join us for an elegant cocktail reception featuring premier Australian wines from Jansz, Credaro, and Old Bridge Cellars. Savor signature cocktails crafted with Four Pillars Gin, or enjoy classic Coopers ales. Place a bid in our exclusive Silent Auction, bidding opens at 6:00 pm and closes at 8:30 pm. 7:30 pm - DINNER

Indulge in an Australian-inspired three-course dinner,  paired with premium selections from the renowned Penfolds winery. Enjoy performances from acclaimed soprano Morgan Balfour, followed by the annual Spirit of Australia and Innovation Awards presentations. Rounding out the evening will feature a Live Auction, and the drawing of the United Airlines Grand Prize.
