2025 AACC INNOVATION AWARDS

Since 2017, the AACC has awarded three Innovation Awards that are presented to an Australian and American company, and to an individual who has shown commitment to Australian innovation. All will be considered to have exemplified innovation and advanced the environment and culture for innovation in Australia. These awards will be presented at the 2025 Australian Gala alongside the Ambassador Bill Lane "Spirit of Australia" Award.

The awards categories and qualifications:

1. Australian Individual based in the Bay Area

    • Advanced the environment and culture for innovation in Australia

    • Participation in an innovation-based business that demonstrate excellence in its field

    • Proven impact in their field of work

2. Australian Company based in the Bay Area

    • Advanced the environment and culture for innovation in Australia

    • Company history that demonstrates excellence and proven impact in their market

    • Innovation driven start up with a connection to Australia

3. American Company based in the Bay Area

    • Established or expanded their presence in Australia in the past 12 months

    • Brings new innovation to the Australian market


SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
  • Each applicant must clearly address the above criteria in no more than 1,000 words. 
  • Entrants may attach photos, demos or prototypes with their entry. 
  • Entries can be self-nominated or nominated by a third party. 
  • Applicants are required to have a physical presence in the Bay Area.

Deadline for submissions - January 9th, 2025.

The top 3 applications for each category will be submitted for final assessment to a distinguished panel of judges.
